I was named a 'Service 25' winner in 1995 and again in 1998 by Service News magazine, as one of the people most likely to change the future of technical support.

STI Knowledge honored me as  a "Leader & Legend" of the support community in the Spring 2001 issue of Impact magazine for having some of the most notable contributions to the support industry over the last decade. 

2004 Akamai wins the Help Desk Institute's Team Excellence Award
