and technical support. The second session was held on Tuesday, April 20,
1999 from 7 - 8:30 PM EST (US). Ron Muns and Cliff Oxford from the Help Desk Institute and Help Desk 2000 talked about their
respective programs and taking questions from members of the Research Triangle Park HDI
group. (Ivy Meadors could not make it due to a prior committment.)
