Education and Background

My undergraduate degree is in Electrical and Computer engineering (International Student Merit Scholarship covered most of my tuition), and along the way I picked up an MBA (Whittemore Award for scholarship and leadership), both from the University of New Hampshire. I'm originally from Kerala, India -- where my parents run a rehabilitation center for the disabled on a volunteer basis. I have lived in Indonesia and currently live in the US.

I am the former Chairperson for the Strategic Advisory Board of the Help Desk Institute.

I'm a Subject Matter Expert with Support Research Institute on Internet Enabled Support Centers.
