Help Desk FAQ - Privacy Policy
The definitive global resource for helpdesks, customer relationship management
and technical support. I do not and will not sell or rent any information
on visitors or anyone else using the Help Desk FAQ. I keep
track of the domains from which people visit the Help Desk FAQ. I analyze this data for
trends and statistics.
I do not currently use cookies, and do not plan to do so. If this changes, I will post
a notice on this page first. The only place that uses cookies is the Help Desk Chat
Server, that is if you want the program to remember your login information. This is not
used to track you or your movement through the FAQ or anywhere else.
The Help Desk FAQ contains hundreds of links to other Web sites. Obviously, I am not
responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites.
My personal pledge to the help desk/customer support community is that advertising will
have no influence on whether or not anything gets into the Help Desk FAQ. Any attempt to
manipulate the vendor-neutral nature of the FAQ will have negative consequences for the
offending vendor(s)
