Speaking Engagements

As current chair of the Strategic Advisory Board for the Help Desk
Institute, I will be giving a keynote at their 2004 conference in
Orlando, Florida.
In 2003, I'm speaking on some topics that have come to mind in the
context of Akamai's own high performing support teams.
I presented "Swarming and other
Signs" at the Help Desk Institute's March 2003 Conference in Las
Vegas. This talk is particularly appropriate for senior
management.

I presented "When is Your Support Team too Good?"
at the SSPA conference on April 1, 2003 in San Diego.

In the last two years, I have given talks across the US, Canada
(COMDEX), Finland, New Zealand and Sweden.
I am occasionally available for corporate in-house speaking engagements and workshops
at your firm or University. I may also be available for 1 or 2 day strategic level
consulting engagements. Note: Plan well in advance to ensure availability. It's a fun way
to see the world, and I enjoy this, so if you are interested get in touch.
